As with most downloadable software products, items bought through our game are non-refundable. The transaction process is controlled by Apple (for iOS devices), Google (for Android devices) or Amazon (Amazon devices).
For Apple (iOS) devices
Go to Apple support page, scroll down until you find the “Get Support” button. Choose “Apps & Software”, then “Mac App Store” and lastly select “Purchases, billing and redemption” and choose the option that fits your case.
For Google (Android) devices
Go to Google Play Help and click “Refunds & returns” to choose the option that suits you.
For Amazon devices
Go to Amazon Appstore, scroll all the way down, and click “Help”. Choose “Returns & Refunds” and then search for the option that suits you best.
NOTE: You can easily adjust your in-app purchases settings, add password protection, or disable in-app purchases entirely through your mobile device’s general settings. The way to do this depends on whether you’re using an Apple device, an Android device or an Amazon device. Either way, you can find the instructions below:
