If you experience performance issues or crashes, try to close down other apps that you are running, before launching the game. Make sure any battery-saving features are turned off. Also, please check that your cellular or WiFi connection is stable, before starting to play.
Try to scale down on the in-game graphical settings, if the FPS issues are consistent. Make sure that your device is not noticeably hot, this might produce thermal throttling which will affect your FPS and overall performance.
Update your device to the latest Android or iOS version, as well as the latest version of the launcher/ROM/OS for your device on Android.
Please ensure that you have enough free storage space on your device, additional space on an SD card will not help. If your device is running at near maximum capacity for memory it is more prone to crashes and other performance issues.
If you have tried all of the above and still experience poor performance, try the following:
- Reinstall the game.
- Turn your wifi off, clear Critical Ops' cache off of your device, turn the wifi back on.
- Restart your network router or modem. If you are using cellular data, turn airplane mode on and off.
- Reboot your device.
